Porsche Design Tower Bangkok is Porsche Design’s third global tower, following projects in Miami and Stuttgart. Developed in collaboration with Ananda Development, this luxury residence is set in the prestigious Thonglor area of Bangkok. This 21-storey luxury residence will feature 22 ultra-luxury duplex and quadplex Sky Villas, ranging from 525 to 1135 square metres. The tower reflects Porsche Design’s philosophy to merge its rich heritage of innovative design and precision engineering with the future of luxury living. By integrating the brand’s timeless aesthetic principles and forward-thinking approach, the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok not only celebrates the iconic Porsche identity but also sets a new benchmark for luxury residential experiences in Asia. Construction is slated to begin in 2025, with completion expected by the end of 2028.

The X-Frame defines Porsche Design Tower Bangkok’s distinctive identity in the Bangkok cityscape. Unlike conventional buildings that conceal structural elements, the tower boldly exposes its truss structure, celebrating the sophisticated engineering required for its construction. This truss structure embodies Porsche's heritage of precision engineering and meticulous attention to detail. This unique architectural feature reflects the fusion of functionality and aesthetics, creating an iconic and monumental entrance that sets the tone for the luxury experience within and reflecting Porsche's commitment to cutting-edge design.

Passion Spaces are meticulously designed private garages that reflect the residents' individual passions and lifestyles. These customisable spaces offer a sanctuary for car enthusiasts and beyond. The Passion Spaces emphasize Porsche Design Tower Bangkok’s ethos of blending luxury living with individual expression. These exclusive spaces can be accessed directly via a private lift from the units above or through The Loop, a striking spiral ramp at the heart of the tower. It allows vehicles to be driven directly to each residence, seamlessly integrating vehicle access into the residential experience, forming a Sky Villa in the heart of Bangkok.
