Jonathan Yim is a driven, technically minded and creative designer, who strives to combine his technical expertise with a creative mindset to push boundaries and conceive innovative ideas. Originally from Hong Kong, he has studied in the UK, worked in Austria and Germany and is now based in Stuttgart, Germany. Jonathan’s work spans different fields from product and furniture to interior design and architecture. Formerly a designer at Studio F. A. Porsche / Porsche Design, he was responsible for complex industrial design projects as well as overseeing the design of future Porsche Design Towers globally. Jonathan devotes a lot of his time in experimentation with new design tools and process which enables him to solve problems with aesthetically appealing and aptly functional solutions.
